A bit about me
I’ve been in the construction game for over a decade, and
have submitted more than 1000 payment claims.
Before I moved into advisory work, I ran my own plumbing business, so I know what it’s like when a job turns ugly, when cashflow gets handbraked, or when a builder shifts the goal posts.

I've been there.
I’ve dealt with the stress, the pressure, the sleepless nights, the never-ending paperwork. I get how frustrating it is when you’ve done the work, but the money isn’t getting fully recovered. That’s why I do this.
I give subcontractors clear, honest advice without the jargon.
I cut through the noise, untangle the situation, and show you the best path forward — fast. No nonsense. No long reports you don’t understand. Just practical steps that allow you to take control again.
I keep things simple: You tell me what’s going on, I line up the facts and explain your options. We choose the best path and get things moving. You’ll never be left guessing what to do next.
I’ve seen too many honest subcontractors impacted, held responsible for project delays outside their control, subject to unreasonable reductions in payment claims when the work's been done.
Subbies often blame themselves when it’s not their fault, when they inherit a problem they shouldn’t have, which impacts their cashflow and builds financial stress they shouldn’t have to carry. I want to help level the playing field. I want you to get paid what you’re owed with minimal stress.
If you’ve got a problem on a job, I’m here to help you sort it out.
